Master Rahool not decoding equipped engrams
Hi having a bit of an issue with h master Rahool not decoding engrams I have on my person at the time. Simply when I talk to him the option to decode is bot there. This has only happened today and the only since the updates yesterday. Also tried restarting the game but still no joy. Anybody got any ideas?

1 ReplyThey are HoW engrams. You can't do anything with them until HoW drops. It does say this in the patch notes.

I have seen several posts like this and I haven't had trouble yet only with legendary...and yes I did get the blues today while farming the chests...Xbox one
