The petra grimoire card seems to be bugged siffow said it should activate once you hit queens wrath rank 1 but i just checked my grimoire and its the same.

Its a bug the only way 2 get it was back when the game launched #grimoire #bug I just assumed since the queen is back i could get it hopefully this gets addressed
