It looks about right based on my own XP playing it. My Hunter has the best KDR by quite a bit. The reason is Hunter's have two classes that are offensive. The titans D class is brings down their number and the self rezzing locks don't help either.

I'd make a slight correction and say it's because hunters have highly effective supers with minimal risk. Picking off people with OHKs from a distance with GG nets far more kills on average than running very close to an enemy and using FoH, for example. The class is basically skewed to do better from the start.
