Will the faction packages that I have now reward me with new gear if I don't use them until the 19th or will they give me old gear?

Old gear I believe. Well, if anything at all. There have been some problems with the cryptarch and packages. I would hold off on them.

Best bet is to have your rep up to right before you rank up and wait till the 19th to cap it off.. I have Crucible and DO like 1 bounty from ranking and gonna work on FWC
