It should reduce health but no be able to kill. Coward scrubs just shoot and hide and get a kill while most of the time I kill the scrubs but they still get a kill from the scrub weapon. *Edit Look at all the scrubs with disgraceful K/Ds acting like they are good lol you scrubs are scared about the thought of your crutch being nerfed since you can't use any other gun.
