Downloaded update and speaker not trading mats neither is xur. Queens wrath emissary is at tower.
Edit: OK so everything in the patch notes takes effect today. EXCEPT speaker, xur and trading in mats to them? Haven't tried turning in my commendations yet(had to go to work).
So I'm guessing that trading mats won't happen until Tuesday

I was gonna check on that after mine updated, wasn't sure if that would be available pre patch or post.

That won't take effect til tuesday.

Patch Notes say today from what I understand. Only etheric light not gonna be available until then. I don't care I just figured that with the update we should have got the things in the note today since they don't affect dlc.
