It seems like all the good players are almost extinct in destiny, easy stuff like VoG are now impossible to do because half the team can't carry their own weight. Hard Crota is near impossible because it's either the swordbearer is terrible, or the others somehow die all the time. I recently hosted a VoG hard gatekeeper, me and my bro were the only ones doing something, I held the first relic, but no one else was even volunteering to help him with the second portal, no one else but my bro and me knew how to use relic. I haven't done a proper raid with a full team in quite a while because recently I can't find any good players. I'm shocked people expect to be carried so much, I don't know how they ever got to 32.
