The reconnect thingy is a good start but why limit it to just one activity is beyond me one word comes to mind, lazy. As frustrating as a disconnect can be allthough its rare you should honestly apply that to all activitys asap even if it doesnt work all the time.

  • Even if its just a teststage they could have rolled it out all at once i know it might not work but at least they stated that hence why i wouldnt expect awesome woodomagic at once becuse unlike others apperently i read the whole text before judging and drop the hammer.

  • It is not lazy to test something with 1 activity first. The update clearly said that once they see how it works in the real world they will expand it to other activities. You don't run a beta test across multiple locations. You do it in one place, learn, tweak, optimize and then deploy. You're essentially asking a drug company to run the human trials for a new drug on everyone instead of doing limited trials to garner info.

  • I think they were saying that they were only starting in ToO because it would be the activity with the most frustration over a disconnect (you lose the fireteam you were with, and it counts as one of your 3 losses). I'm sure that after they make sure that it works right, they'll add it to PoE, then Nightfall, then the rest of the activities.

  • I think it would be just as beneficial to PoE since there are no check points. If people get kicked because of some dumb error code when they are 4-5 rounds through the prison and have to start all over again they are going to riot.
