If they just said "Patch 1.2.0 is delayed" and that's it then it wouldn't be transparent. But he's telling us why it was delayed and he said he'll keep us updated daily. How much more transparent could they be?

They just discovered a bug and told us about it. That's not transparent?

Analogy: They just told me I was sick, but they didn't tell me what I was sick with. I want to know, is it cancer? Is it something else?

That will come soon, likely once it's been fixed or when they are positive of what's causing it in the first place. If it was a one line fix it'd be dine and dealt with. If they have to spend the next 3 nights trying to find the bug, then maybe it's not as simple as you'd like to think.
