I struggle to get my vacation time in. It does not roll over and i have 5 weeks to use

same here I just got another week this year and mine dosnt role over, I took a week of for a family vacation a week of arounf xmas a few days for new years ;) my birthday my gfs birthday and black Friday (got to have that 4 day weekend) and i still have a week and a half of vacation 5 personal days and 5 sick days. So now what, I lol at a lot of the people that say that I shouldn't take time off for a game on here.
