In some peoples opinion yes,in others no. Are they both right, yes,imo.

How? I'm home relaxing with a cold beer and entertainment... Sounds like a good day off to me... I also have Over two weeks of Paid time off and will get another 3 weeks before the year ends... One day really isn't a big deal
