After reading some of these replies, I hope you're right. Lol. These people have no lives. Who takes time off work for a video game??? That would be $60 for the game, $20 for the dlc, and $96 for wages lost sitting in front of a tv instead of going to Florida or Hawaii or something. Destiny will never be worth 176 dollars... Ever. Never ever. Get good at life!

Why are you on these forums begrudging people their time/money? That lack of open-mindedness is failing at life. Maybe people don't have the money to go to Hawaii, or maybe they're going to do that later in the year. Maybe they just have a glut of time saved up at their job. Maybe they've been overworked and want an excuse for a few days off. I once took a week off for a WoW expansion, and that week was one of the best weeks I played with some of my guildmates, many of whom I've since met outside of the game and formed lasting friendships with. P.S. People with paid leave don't lose wages for taking time off, and many companies force you to use all (or most) of your leave by year's end.

5 1/2 weeks of vacation each year and work from home when needed. I don't think one day of my paid personal vacation is going to have much of an impact

I get 3 weeks of paid vacation a year and my unused time rolls of to the next year (120 hrs in the bank as of now + this year's days I haven't used) 3 personal holidays (paid) 6 paid sick days. Why wouldn't I take the time off I have more than enough. You guys r the loneliest ppl I have ever seen telling ppl how to spend time. I have a wife 2 kids work 40hrs a week. Go on trips all the time. Maybe when you grow up you can get a career,or just stay on gaming forums telling ppl how to live life. F U C K BOY!

I live in the states and I have paid time off. But it doesn't matter. Everyone has the freedom to enjoy what they love doing. Going on vacation cost a lot more money and takes more time. Not everyone can afford to do that. It's kind of ignorant to suggest going to Hawaii is a better alternative to taking a couple of days off to spend at home.

We as citizens still had all our rights and freedoms until the government got more strict in the name of safety. Al quaeida wasn't invading. They didn't care what rights we had and didn't try to change them. You didn't fight for freedom. You fought for safety. I expect someone who is supposedly trained and educated to see the difference.

Dunno what life is like in the States but most places you get paid vacation time. Taking a day off (out of my 5 weeks paid holiday per annum) means I don't loose any money at all. Makes your entire scorn filled monologue a bit spurious, doesn't it?

$96 is off. Plus, many people have jobs w paid leave.... such as me. I'll get paid to enjoy a day off playing video games while others (you and op?) will get paid to be at work.
