If you were a decent community manager and actually cared you would at least say what it was. Take some lessons from Riot. They can teach you a thing or two about useful patchnotes.

While I understand why you'd want to know what the issue is, what difference does it make? Knowing what the bug is isn't going to fix it any quicker. If it's potentially game-breaking then it's potentially game-breaking. Not being rude, I just don't see how knowing will make a big difference.

He said he'd update us daily. It was a bug that would've effected a majority. That's all we know, and that's enough for me to be content with the delay of the pre-DLC update.

It would look better on him if his forum post said something like "Hey our programmers found a major bug and its pretty ground breaking. It -insert brief description of it-. Just hang in there they are working on fixing it." I don't care for once a day updates just be a man, say what exactly the problem is and be done with it

"Hey we found a bug that could've deleted all your vault stuff" then everyone would be in a panic trying to store their vault stuff on their characters and telling bungie how terrible they are. Kinda like they're doing anyway. People will always have something negative to say no matter what you do.

I'd rather disclose what it wrong and explain this is why ts delayed than be all shady about it and keep us in the dark. On top of that I don't trust people who can't use a Sunsinger effectively. -shots fired-

What if the bug would delete one of your characters? Would you like that?

Apparently you didn't read what I typed. In short tell us what the problem was. You need to read more.
