From roughly 30 seconds of scrolling through this thread... I've seen people talking about marriage, bringing Bungie to court, and people getting threatened...
Guys ._. Hear me out... Please... The DLC will release on the 19th. Stop being delusional, the update that was supposed to release will probably get pushed back to the 19th so there will be even more stuff to do on the 19th...

The update will not be released on the 19th. The servers would be destroyed if they released both on the same day and the DLC would be unplayable. One reason for releasing it a week early is to give people plenty of time to download the update before the DLC goes live. If the update is not released by the end of the weekend to give everyone 48hours grace to download it, expect the DLC to be pushed back.
