So no House of Wolves on May 19th due to it is the same release day as The Witcher 3 and you won't release HoW much until a week after it's release.You do know if someone had the balls to sue Activision and Bungie for false advertising this game would be screwed since this game has been caught multiple times in false advertising and that no law suit waver doesn't hold up in court as Ubisoft had people sign it for Assassin's Creed Unity and they still got sued and lost which is why they gave owners a lot of free games as a way to pay the people back for there own false advertising.

Since when the hell did bungie say that how will be delayed? Deej said that the update 1.2.0 will not be deployed as if they deployed it something would hugely effect the game for a large number of us, that update was the final preparation for how not the dlc itself, if they delay it which I doubt then so what, they've done a great job on this game and the content they've brought out, don't like it well go and play something else

You do realize that if a judge read the case over a 20 dollar dlc the judge would look at you and laugh right? You are honestly pissed over a small delay? Movies get pushed back all the time games as well. Shit happens in life that we cannot control. Honestly if you are pissed over a dlc you need a reality check and grow the f up

Again I don't have a reason to sue I got this game for free and as I stated to another user earlier I did sue Ubisoft after reading their terms and accepting them with Unity and I still sued them and won like the other 250,000 people that sued them and my money back and a bunch of ubisoft games for free in fact the court ordered ubisoft to give every game they make for have made for free and fix all issues with Unity if they wish to prevent further lawsuits.

So you're basically not even gonna read the post? You're just gonna assume everything when this update we're all talking about isn't even the HoW update, it's the one preluding it. (that means before because I doubt you knew what prelude meant) this has nothing to do with the witcher 3, if that was the case why did CoD BO3 get revealed the same day as one of the HoW reveals? Just checked their twitter feed from the past 2 days. Nowhere does it say anything about there being no HoW on May 19th. The only thing it says is "our PATCH SCHEDULE for HoW has slightly changed" meaning their changing the 1.2.0 release. Not the HoW (1.2.0.1) update.

I never said I was suing anyone I simply stated if someone had the balls to sue they can since the no sue wavier does not hold up in any court in the world.And the evidence is their to win since the expansion pass on PSN is still advertising two raids and How is advertising for may 19th before the dark below came out Bungie gave away a infinite use The Dark Below expansion code for a short period of time for everyone to use on all their social media sites which essentially scammed those who pre-ordered it or bought the expansion.And everything on YouTube that was advertised by destiny before it came out and how they removed everything that was advertised before it came out with out saying anything really puts grounds on a multi lawsuit for people who are interested in doing so to have a viable case to do so.

I didn't pay for this game or the expansions they were gifts as a birthday present last year I have no reason to sue but I did sue Ubisoft after buying Unity after accepting Ubisoft's terms and conditions not to sue and guess what me and everyone who sued won the case as the court of law dictated that there is no such law that can prevent a person from suing.And due to it I got my 90.00 dollars back and ended up getting Far Cry 4 and a few other games for free.
