While I'm just feeding your argument, anyone who wants to take a day off from work, hasn't earned that? I took a paid personal day off from from work that Tuesday and my 'weekends' are Wednesday and Thursday. I enjoy destiny and why wouldn't you use a personal or vacation day to do something you enjoy? Especially where some places (like my work) you can't request holidays off, it either lands on your schedule or it doesn't.
