Yeah because I paid 19.99 already for expansion 1. So im fine paying 19.99 for expansion 2 now. Just didn't want to pay 34.99 for both again when I already have the first one.

Yeah, almost 100% certain you can buy it seperately (to stop this situation) Otherwise it would be entirely seperate with no season pass, or season pass only.
