A PC Skyrim issue

I've been having trouble with my fps lately, but now it's suddenly better. There's just one small problem.. all of the npcs and me are in stiffy mode, the T pose. It's hilarious, I can move around and attack but none of the npcs can. Maybe I'll just do a play through of it like this. Also the only mod I have at the moment is a sound mod, KaviPeti I think it's called. And yes I did try reinstalling it.

  • So you and all the NPCs have stiffies eh? Have you got a Pornhub window open and running in the background?

  • are you using Mod Organizer? you really should. no messy mod removals or installs. if not, unsubscribe to the mod and launch skyrim from your steam library and click to play through the config launcher popup. this will remove an unsubbed steam mod. try deleting skyrim and redownloading it or validating your files through steam(right click, properties, under local files tab)

    • That's strange... idk! Try googling it. I have several mods and none have had this effect on the NPCs for me.
