One of the guys I raid with simply has it down to a pattern, and uses that to keep himself calm. He calls out the swordbearer and location, we kill it. He then gets in position, counts down from three to get the rockets fired, then runs in, counts (out loud) his sword strikes, backs out, then repeats. I think part of why he does it that way is to keep himself focused and his nerves down. Maybe something like that would work for you too.
