I personally think it is a powerful gun slightly above the rest of the field, but that's fine because that's what makes it sought after. Same with red death, TLW, hawkmoon, etc etc. Even though that's a challenge for the people who don't have it, it is still possible to beat it with good strategy and skill. Everytime I beat one I feel like I've just downed Goliath. That said, it's real advantage is once someone gets hit by it, their screen turns green and that split second to register what just happened can make a difference in winning/losing the fire fight. I remember the first few times I got hit with it, I panicked and was literally looking to jump into the water to cool off the effect LOL.
