What do you kill "God Gun" users with?
This is to all the guardians who don't use Thorn, Vex, The Last Word, Red Death or Felwinter's and could care less if your opponents do.
Guardians who don't cry nerf and who understand it's not the weapon, it's the person pulling the trigger.
I want to know what you use in the Crucible to defeat whatever supposedly OP weapons the enemy throws at you.

Don't waste your exotic slot on heavy. You can easily switch to Truth when heavy spawns. I use Efrideet's spear with last round to end people early during heavy ammo phases. Thorn can be beat with close range mobility. Last Word and Vex can be beat with long range. Red Death's perk is reduced by Thorn, and it can be beat either by close range or long range (shotgun/fusion or sniper).

1 ReplyI use mida, circle strafe and fire on those idiots who think thorn will magically boost their k/d. Of course I suck at PvP too but...not as much as people who jumped on the thorn train after everyone decided it was op! >:D

If most of the team is using thorn and last word, have to switch to thorn or last word sadly pvp in this game has progressively gotten worse over time

1 ReplyI've said this a few times already on other posts so finally nice to see people on my side. Hand cannons like thorn are not unstoppable you just have to stop playing their way and charge head on in flat terrain, that's just easy head shots. Try using your jumps more and be disorienting don't just stand and shoot. When I do this my Suros kills hand cannon users almost every time. So as long as you play smart every gun can be equally powerful, well almost any, sorry necrocasm :)

Time on target..vision ..red hand ix.. Really depends on range Typically if I see a lot of other exotic hand cannons being used I just keep my distance since the majority of those users aren't accurate at range Even if those weapon can be used at greater ranges Or I'll setup a final round on my sniper to drop them at a choke point. If it's close range I'll flank them with stalker on or get airborne off a terrain object at an angle to them.
