Update: After about 300 posts, it looks like Praedyth's Revenge is the most popular with Efrideet's Spear coming in second. Lots of love for the not listed Longbow Synthesis and nots of love (see what I did there?) for the faction snipers. Pro tip: If you want to get better at sniping then stick to the same sensitivity and sniper rifle so your muscle memory can remember the aim assist and sensitivity. [b]Update:[/b] It looks like the poll hasn't changed much after 1,000 posts; still Praedyth's Revenge followed by Efrideet's Spear. Looks like quite a few people like the exotic sniper rifles. If you use No Land Beyond then you are the biggest winner (you'll lose the match, though).
