thorn is one of the few guns that can go toe to toe with the current pulse rifles such as Bad Juju, and Red Death. it can also stop the Vex and just about any other Exotic including TLW. at the same time other exotics can still beat thorn head to head as well. most of the time it comes down to who can land the most head shots

Agreed. My strategy is to stay back, strafe and use weapons with distance. I am not afraid to change guns in a crucible match to adjust to my opponent's play style. All this talk of nerf... Bungie should have a separate pvp area. Everyone gets a primary, a secondary, a heavy. All the supers are turned off. All the class perks are turned off. We could call it: Crucible Of Doom
