That doesn't mean it isn't over performing. Lot of people try to make that argument. It doesn't work though where pvp is concerned because it exotic doesn't mean it should help you out preform other players skill should be only factor there

And my issue isn't being killed by it its that it takes no skill. Puts player on equal playing field with players better than them. Is a pussy gun. And I don't like it on principal

Bottom line thorn takes some skill to use cause of its kick and fire rate. Some players are good at this. One last thing, thorn and last word just gotten attention cause of the special ammo nerf. The thorn has been at that power level for a long time since bad juju was buffed actually. This is why we see more cannons. It wasn't a problem then why now?

And thorn has been an issue ever since they buffed the burn damage from 5 to 7 for no reason it preformed well and did what it is intended (keeping people's health from regening) now it's a cheap gun in an over used gun class

My point is that is wasn't a problem before, no one complained. Just cause a handful found it an issue back then doesn't mean it's a problem it's just an opinion, and just like now still an opinion. People are complaining cause the gun was bought back to the front but in reality this opinion should be ignored cause the gun been the same for awhile so why complain now?

It has lowest recoil of any hand cannon exotic or legendary! And it's 1 head 1 body and burn will finish you.
