There's no reason to take such a risk, as slight as it may be.

It to easy to kill them. Not including all of the orbs we spawn. You can have chained supers so why do you think it's taking risks? It actually helps speed up the raid.

It's still a risk. A very small one, i know. But there are terrible raiders out there. So it's better to stay on top of the high rock platform near the hiding place and shoot from there. Which also speeds it up while almost eliminating any risk of death.
