I think The Crucible is fun at times, but honestly the Thorn ruins it all for me.

I don't see how Thorn is worse than Bladedancers, Golden Guns, Fist of Panics, Nova Bombs, almost every grenade, blink.. etc. It is incredibly annoying, but so is almost every damn thing

Because you aren't being shot with it every time. The supers are once in a while. Thorn is always there

I could easily have a grenade for you every time I see you in crucible with the right set up

I guess, though it is somewhat avoidable, as opposed to something like a golden gun, which you can usually only counter with your own cheap tactics
