2 RepliesAren't engrams time stamped? So that would make those useless for HoW. Packages are another story, I read they aren't time stamped so you'll still have a decent haul on day 1.

2 RepliesI think it's quite pitiful actually, you're gonna get the cryptarch and faction leveled up in hopes of obtaining new gear from ranking up (vanguard, crucible or faction)... Gear that will easily be outclassed by the PoE and trials gear (weapons included).... so all that time only to feel special for a week.... [spoiler]OR NOT cause everyone will have some of the faction/vanguard/ gear week 1.... With saved up marks[/spoiler] [spoiler]but hey play how you want[/spoiler]

2 RepliesWow. Amazing how dumb half of the responders are. All of those engrams will turn into HoW packages when he levels his cryptarch. I've done the same thing but OP took it to the extreme. Have fun on Tuesday. I want to see the vid of you turning it all in and what u get from the HoW packages

You have a really good outlook on negative replies, and all of those exotics and potential exotics from the legendary engrams will a. Level up your cryptarch and b. Give you ALOT of exotic shards, which you can use to upgrade your old exotics, nice dedication

Why not just use them at the time? Plus, pretty much all the gear from HoW is available purchase and reforge! So what does it matter if you get new items or not? You're just going to be getting weapons you can buy and reforge, or armor that will be useless because anything from any point in the game can be upgraded to max light just the same. It's not like you're increasing your chances of getting level 34 gear. None of it is light capped, it all needs etheric light, same as the old legendary armor. IDK. Power to you, but I always find it funny that people invest so much time and effort into preparation without enjoying the moment. 2 weeks after release, we're all going to be in the exact same position, so the countless hours that have gone into things like preparation will be wasted. May as well spend that time accomplishing something or getting some skill actually PLAYING the game.
