Nightfall Glitching It wont let us go through after 3rd wave
We are stuck after 3rd wave on Nightfall. There are no more enemies and the door wont open :/ What's going on?
Also, last night in Crota, on the 3rd sword with the last swing, Crota wouldn't die, we tried it 10 times, he just would not die. I had a lot of friends say the same thing happened to them.

Soloed it on Friday to taxi some low levels so all I did was shoot everything when you enter, leave your ghost, get on the cliff near the start and snipe everything but leave one, go to the lowest set of rocks (next to the cave where the majors spawn 2nd wave) kill it from there, wait for spawn clouds and repeat till done.
