Hand Cannon Perks
So I have been worried about my Red Hand IX for quite some time with its perks. I feel like I got a decent roll because I hate Hand Cannon reload times and I don't play much PvP. Can someone look at my Red Hand IX and give it a rating? It is on my Titan.

I'm jealous. Select Sure Sight IS (best aim assist) and Send It (excellent range boost to snipe with). Then your's is pretty close to perfect. Feeding Frenzy would only be second to Crowd Control for me.
