They design these games through computer software first. Even showed us on september 9th of DeeJ literally starting up the Destiny interprotocal and servers from a mouse and keyboard.

Right but who besides bungie can actually use the game on a PC?

obviously no one. they never said that they wouldnt do a PC version. 10 years is a long time though, and when people choose to not answer said questions, it means they are open to the idea of it. Maybe eventually.
