Fang is literally the same as VOC but better perks and different burn.

VoC will outgun fang any day no questions asked..... Ppl just prefer fang now cuz you haven't been able to ascend anything..... As soon as HoW drops anyone who actually knows anything will ascend the VoG guns first and the CE guns if they're bored and have nothing else to work on

Full auto and zen moment are useless on a scout rifle. Fang has 3rd eye and spray and play. Both great on scout rifles.

I always reload after kills so spray and play does nothing for me. Full auto is beast for taking out mobs! Saves my finger from having to press the trigger, which I like.

It's not useless if you ever play PvP which does matter a lot. It's awesome on the bigger maps.

I love VoC, it's probably my most used scout, but I wouldn't call it the best. Full auto plus Zen moment make it buttery smooth to use, but others can have a more powerful stat roll...unless of course it's solar burn then of course VoC is best.

the BEST guns... are the guns that can have manipulated perks and stats and have highest possible impact. solar is just as useless if youre shooting at a pretorian or a fallen knight as any kentic scout rifle. VoC is the best SITUATIONAL scount rifle... but the Badger, Another Nail in the Coffin, uh.. especially Gheleons Demise iron banner rifle and i forget the other one.. stats with an S. Those are the best scout rifles thus far.

MIDA is good but lacks elemental damage. 2nd best I'd say.
