Did you have a sniper on your team? If somebody stays too far back, either on top of the giant rocks or by the Kell ship thingy, the wave count will reset. Just make sure everybody is relatively close to the objective when you kill the last enemy of each wave. The same thing happened to me when I was doing the nightfall solo last week.

No it didn't reset. I always leave one then go in for the last kill. Did all three waves then went to the door and it wouldn't open. Happened twice this week and I've done it before like that.

Only need one person up close trust me I'm always a sniper for that map as long as one person is close that's all you need

Strange, because I was the sniper for our team, while my buddies were in the center of the battle. It reset even though I was the only one standing far away. I could be wrong though.

I don't know then might be they tried to fix it and messed it up more that's how I did all three this week
