i found him the hardest to kill before the PVE shotgun buff. i rarely go to Skywatch in the Cosmodrome.

ah. must of been one of the moments when the tier 2 (yellow bar) enemy has triple his actual health. fun times. i understand though D: his shield recharge rate is insane..

my only thing i think would help is if it was slower cause I empty all my clips to knock it down
