With HoW on the way, we will be able to exchange materials with the Speaker. I noticed that radiant materials are worth the same as ascendant materials and I believe that is a huge mistake. Right now, the only way to obtain radiant materials is within Crota's End, whereas ascendant materials are available just about everywhere. Radiant materials should be worth twice as much as ascendant materials. This will reward people who have purchased the previous dlc while also giving new players an incentive to buy it. I understand that it might be too late for this price change, although I don't see how, but the developers can also add a new exchange that is only available with radiant materials. Turning radiant materials into Etheric Light. Some people may be against this, but I believe it is a fair trade. 5 radiant materials, either energy or shards, for 1 Etheric Light. This would be more than fair in my opinion, as new players are going to have much less of a grind than Day 1 players did when we started, this would give consistent Day 1 an edge that is well deserved.
