Dude you have no idea what you're talking about. Efrideets has terrible stats compared to other snipers. It's only redeeming factor is its Unnecessary high impact and that you can reroll it, but if you can get the perfect rolls on any other sniper you should use that.

Yea but you have to get lucky to get the perfect rolls on a longbow. What would you rather use, a efrideets spear with unflinching, final round, and extended mag or a longbow with grenadier, and -blam!-ing mulligan.

I have a longbow with final round but almost never take advantage of it because I'm a decent sniper and always go for the head. Unflinching is nice, but I usually kill them anyway without it. The perks aren't a big deal for me on snipers. I have a nearly perfect longbow already. So I don't need to worry about getting lucky.
