This was by Steve Blum. He acts in a lot of stuff.It sounds similar to me.

Sounds like Dee Bradley Baker to me. Sounds similar to the voices he used for Ra's al Ghul in Arkham City and the various clone trooper voices he did in Star Wars The Clone Wars
