(Lore) How and why are there vex in the prison?
Title says it all.
If vex can teleport, how can you keep them in prison?
If Vex are a hivemind and all have the same "personality" and no individuality, WHY would you bother imprisoning them? Aren't the crimes of one the crimes of the whole race?

Well from my point of view.. There is a higher being controlling them from a couple layers above the prison(hint: raid posibility) but if the vex wanted to escape they could.. So I am guessing the reason they are there is because they have too.
