1. The base damage is poor (somewhat understandable if the perks compensated for it, although it still needs enough base dmg to kill more than 2 enemies per clip without a burn modifier) 2. 80% thrall explosion rate is unacceptable, and in my experience, it doesn't occur 80% of the time, slightly less 3. Size of and damage radius of necro explosion seems smaller than enemy thrall explosion 4. Damage caused by necro initiated explosion is less than cursed thrall explosion. Yeah, I'd say a massive buff is in order.
