Earned or Xurned Thunderlord?
Like many, I have earned my Thunderlord from a nightfall. I do not side with earning or xurning, I'd just like to see the results
Edit: alright I'm signing off for a few hours, let it be known that I do not side with 'earning or xurning' I respect all opinions here

The only difference is i used strange coins that i got from the same activities that lucky people got it from RNG. Thats right. Luck. Saying you earned something from chance is like winning the lottery and saying you worked hard for that money because you played the lottery twice a week.

One from Hard Mode VoG, one from this weeks Nightfall and One from Hard Mode Crota last night! But if I didnt have one I would buy one with Strange Coins that I earned. It is a beast on Arc Burns. In this game where loot is completely random does it really matter? Some dont get blessed by rng as well as others. So everyone should acquire their weapons the best way they can get them. Play the Game, Keep Moving Forward, Kill The Enemy, Accomplish The Mission! Does it really matter how anyone gets it Done?

Edited by Un1337ninj4: 5/8/2015 2:44:55 PMI had been kicked from a Weekly Heroic for not having a mic (was week two, no MM). The only thing active was Lightswitch on Devil's Lair (Vandals! Me , Proxima Centauri, & Zomb Apoc were all put to the test as a Gunslinger) and I'm no cheese man. During the Mesh layers I was on the top of the back-wall facing the majority of the spawns, during the Walker fight I was just to the left of the platform managing adds, during the fight itself I migrated systematically. So I went into the strike solo, did it flawlessly, and picked up two Legendary engrams on the way. One turned into 'Lock armor and the other Thunder Nord. I will always remember where and how I got this weapon, the simple "oomph" I got from the ability to boast back to my chum who thought that somehow it's such a hard-core activity that comms key. [b]BUT AT THE[/b] same time I understand Deej and the community's points regarding Xurning, that said I have a possible SOLUTION(?). In D2 what if like Bounties & drops why not have one or two Exotics that are exclusive to Xur & an equivalent number exclusive to drops. Both of equal caliber of-course.

Xurning is earning, everything else is RNG(luck). Before you come back on me, I have 3 thunderlords all RNG
