I Actually want Rng To Drop Gally for Me then Buy from Xur
I really only buy a Armor Piece from Xur and Heavy I don't buy a weapon. I want to earn it and not get it the cheap way. Doing the weekly X3 is not really hard at all. There ROC Strikes. I don't want xur to sell Gally
I'm waiting for it to drop from A raid
Edit: I would rather have the feeling of getting it then just Holding a Button for 2 seconds acquiring it
Edit: I would rather have it drop by RNG Then buy it from xur END OF POINT

I both agree and disagree. I almost don't want it sold just for the fact that the feeling you get when it finally drops is unreal. I got mine yesterday and almost screamed like a little girl. OTOH, some jackwads won't allow you to join raids without one, which cuts your chances of actually getting one significantly. It's a catch 22. I personally feel that it'll be the last weapon that Xur sells before HoW drops just because finally having Gally will sell a WHOLE LOT of HoW DLC. With the higher levels, you'll need to do more damage.

The feeling when you get it to drop is unreal. I just bought a thunderlord today just to get it and the feeling wasn't nearly as good as getting any exotic to drop (including no land beyond).

7 RepliesOh, there's a difficult exotic bounty for Gjallarhorn? I was under the impression that getting it was complete luck! Because that's the only way to "earn" an exotic.

That's great but you don't speak for everyone. There's a lot of us that have put over a month of game time in and still don't have one and just want the chase to end. Personally it's at the point where I don't want to play anymore because the stupid gun won't drop. Selling it would give me incentive to stick around.

RNG doesn't require work either. You could drop it on a roc strike and that's easier than heroic weeklies

I would rather you shut up and let others have their choice, it's RNG after all (unlike Xur), not everyone can have it that way, I know I won't.

I earned both my thunderlords but yet I cant drop a gally or a hunger or any tracking rocket im hoping he doesnt sell it to as I wld feel I didnt really earn it

Just go buy it dude. Everyone else accepts handouts, you'd save yourself time and energy just to go buy it. It's a cheap way to get it, but it's better than maybe never getting it.

I would, too. We all would. It's like XMas morning. But I won't hesitate to buy it if he is selling. Earning can be just as satisfying as randomly acquiring through luck, especially for something as big ticket as Gally.

Stop that BS... -Being at the bottom in a crucible match and getting it it's just getting lucky -Doing a nightfall and finish with 60 kills while your mates got over 100 and you getting it, you are again lucky. -Doing a raid and getting it while u where dead and did nothing... U were so lucky I've had that weapon drop for me 5 times and the fifth time I just felt bad, because everyone on my team helps equally and they get nothing...

Prepare to be disappointed. I was much, much happier when I got my first ice breaker from xur (have RNG'd 4 more since then). Was more irritated than anything else when I RNG'd my gjallarhorn. Seriously, way more excited about buying from xur than getting a gjallarhorn from RNG.

Hah "Earn" You don't "Earn" anything in this game besides the exotic bounties. Having one drop by a raid or something else is just as equally earnable as getting the strange coins and buying it from xur.
