It should count towards 2 kills cos when I play with my mate who's a Titan I get Titan kills card

As long as you're in the same fireteam, yes. You each get two for that

Correct. If you both just happen to be there, only one of you gets the credit

If there not in the fireteam then it don't count

great - side note with respect to getting the titan card as you mentioned - does this also work with crucible kills r just PvE
