For anyone that watches Broman, you would know that was not an act, or sales pitch. It was real emotion and excitement. I was watching his stream when the shotgun buff was released. His reaction was just as fanboyish as the livestream. Overjoyed, excited, jubilant, all could describe what someone feels when their passion, or in his case, livelihood is being changed for the better. He is a great dude with a huge heart and truly cares about this game/franchise. So stop beating him up for being himself and giving you a genuine reaction.

This exactly. I guess he should have been a non social robot like triplewrek. Only this community could take the best day for us this year, and turn it into a bad thing. Good job guys.
-
I would've rather seen a boring talk with the entire thing being beaten then a screaming douche who's terrible at this game not even get to the end.
-
Then why the need to watch any of it? If you were well informed, you could have gone to see the gameplay on multiple YouTube content creators' channels.
-
I watched to hear what deej and Matt had to say. But I couldn't because the stream someone yelling half of the time. No adult truly acts like that , that kind of reaction is incredibly childish and a clear attempt to attract young followers.
-
Yet, in your mind, its okay to come on the internet and call someone a "screaming douche." Thanks, but your opinions will be disregarded for future reference.
-
I don't think douche was very harsh for the way he acted. He ruined the stream for many people. Every single person I talked to about the stream said he made it hard to watch I didn't even ask the people about him that was the first thing they brought up.
-
Looks like you didn't take a very large sample size. I see plenty of wise, adult minded, supporters on this post.
-
You must watch him stream? I don't watch any of these guys stream i don't support any of them. That was not genuine excitement, that was clearly an act he puts together to get viewers. I had no bias against or towards the people reviewing before but he was by far the worst. I would have liked to hear interesting information about the arena but really didn't. I learned more from a Forbes post than an hour and forty five minute stream.
-
He hijacked the entire stream with his antics.
-
His team wasn't very good either. It wasmt entirely his fault. Two other ppl were playing with him. Deej is awful at the game. Don't get wrong I think Deej is a good community manager ,but let's face it he just isn't that good.
-
His team was thrown together with lackluster weaponry. Broman did not have his full arsenal. DeeJ and Matt were using non-elemental primaries almost the entire time. It could have been much, much better.
-
60% of the time they were messing around dude. Jesus it's not like it's e3 and you have a year until the game gets released. You'll get your fix in a week, you all sound absolutely bat shit crazy. I think you guys need to take a walk or do something with yourselves.
-
The stream was barely a reveal. It took a team from Forbes under an hour to beat the entire thing. I'm not looking to watch sucky gameplay I was watching to get information and just take a look at everything. I couldn't get information because broman was screaming like. A 6 year old the entire time.

Edited by cq13: 5/8/2015 3:33:08 PMWell your an idiot then and maybe you need concentration medication. I got tons of information saw 2 new maps. the arena is pretty much what most thought it would be. Would u have rather seen everything? I'm glad they did that. Now I don't even know what happens when you beat it. I'll surely find out in a week or 2. I guess your the kind of kid that opens his gifts before Christmas. Just relax, realize your putting someone else down because your being a baby. Suck it up and wait for HoW to release.
-
Edited by Its_Trip: 5/8/2015 3:37:12 PMYou can't call someone an idiot and spell you're wrong... What did you watch the reveal for? Their gameplay made me actually less excited for the arena, which I was already skeptical about. They also didn't do that on purpose. They were just that bad that they couldn't move on.
-
Edited by Deus: 5/8/2015 2:38:26 PMI seriously doubt that was entirely genuine. At its root, Twitch Streaming is a performance. Even though he's logged 50 days on Destiny, his audience expects the same reactions as if the game just released. Though it was new content, there's still a theatrical factor involved by the nature his "celebrity."
-
I think I speak for the majority of his "audience" when I say that we don't expect a damn thing. We tune in to see the guy play a great game, and slay some trolls while he is at it. It was completely genuine. I give you one suggestion. Go watch his stream. It will be the same product as the Bungie stream. Not faked or staged.
-
There's a reason why you are dedicated to watching this guy; his personality and performance. It's all theater. I have watched his stream and a portion of the reveal; it was unbearable. They talked about kissing the robot at the prison entrance and how a Cabal speaks....to which Broman literally began yelling guttural noises. Yes, it was much easier to watch commentary on alternate channels that muted the raw stream content. He just needs to calm the hell down....but then you might not watch him.
-
Precisely.
-
Wish I had as much fun playing as he does.
-
Not the fun he has playing, but the love he has for the game. He is passionate and wants to see this franchise succeed.
-
Shot gun nurf was gud hue hue for you maybe.
-
-
Not everyone thought the shot gun nerf was good.
-
Well it was not a nerf I was referring to. I was speaking of the buff.
