If it was a troll, it would be easy for bungie to come in and say, the image was false, we are just testing something new for the app. Posts have been running wild for 40 minutes plus and not a people from anybody from bungie. They can confirm or deny just as quick as that popped up! So bungie real or not?

What you saw was made by another user or was from a datamine. It's not longer relevant since Bungie has the power to change things. You'll have to wait to find out what he has. Exact quote from Charlemagne when I messaged him about the pop up.
