halo 3 recon...flood?

But the flood don't show up at Earth until the events in H3 (Don't say that they could, but we just killed them all....that would be impossible. I mean half a continent had to get glassed to stop one little outbreak.) Considering the SI was built for city maintenance (yes I realize this has been stated dozens of times), the flood warning was attributed to water overflow, not alien infestation.

i wouldnt mind playing as the flood for maybe the last few levels, kinda like a slow goodbye, the massive jumps and powerful melee would be awsome to wield for a while

Hmmm... Seing how we're going to be playing as an ODST soldier, i wonder if there's and chance we could get infected and play as the flood for a little? Just an idea.

In the trailer when it said "Warning, Flood Zone", it could have meant water flood, not the scary demented flood. But you never know, this campaign might be long, the character might hi-jack a banshee and fly to one of the Halo rings. You can never predict what Bungie will do.
