High Frequency of Bee/Lion Errors and Occasional Anteater/Jackrabbit After Upgrading Modem

I upgraded my internet package last week and had to get a new DOCSIS 3.0 modem to replace my old Cisco modem (which I assume was DOCSIS 2.0 but I don't know the model number to confrim). Since installing this new modem I've been getting constant Bee, Lion, and occasionally Anteater and Jackrabbit errors while on Patrol or in mission. Inside the tower seems to be safe, and in Orbit seems to be safe. I also frequently see "Contacting Destiny servers...", but that usually doesn't result in getting booted to orbit. Party Chat continues uninterrupted even when I get booted to orbit, so it's hard for me to believe this is actually an issue with disconnections like the help page says. The new modem is a Hitron CGN3ROG, which from what I've read, is not a stellar Gateway. My ISP is Rogers (in Canada). I installed this modem the same way I did my previous modem, disabled all Gateway features to turn it into a Bridge just as I did my previous modem, and nothing else in or on my home network has changed whatsoever. I have all the appropriate ports triggered in my router, my NAT is Open. I even tried putting my Xbox in the DMZ, but it didn't seem to help. My Xbox is connected via ethernet cable, so WiFi isn't in play here. My brother hasn't had any issues playing Advanced Warfare on his PS4 (I play Destiny on Xbox One), which leads me to assume this is some weird combination of issues with this subpar Gateway and Bungie's own servers. Does anyone have a resolution for this problem? Would a different, potentially older DOCSIS 3.0 modem solve it? All my other internet interactions seem to be pretty smooth so it looks like Destiny is the only thing not cooperating. I'd really rather not have to shell out for another modem, especially if that ends up not even fixing the problem. Thanks for any help.

It is not uncommon when installing a new modem to find that the signal levels on your cable line need to be adjusted to match the optimal levels for the new hardware. I would encourage you to contact your ISP and ask to have a technician come out to check your connection. Regarding why your brother's system appears unaffected, Destiny uses considerably more data than many other games, and is also less tolerant of connection instability due to the number of P2P connections utilized. If you are having signal level issues with your new modem your connection problems may be intermittent and within the tolerance levels for your brother's games, but not Destiny. It is worth noting that the fact that you're seeing such a variety of error codes within a short period of time tends to indicate a problem with your internet connection.
