Don't try to do too much. 3 slams each down is all you need. Once you get that mastered, then start going for the 4th. Get that done fast enough you can start trying for 3 downs each sword.

Use your rockets on the sword bearer. It's YOUR job your team will fire some snipers but u should be doing most of the damage bc they need rockets for crota

You're the sword bearer so u don't need to use gjallarhorn, so use red death

Take Crota down 3 times so much easier

I go for 4 and 4 the first sword. If there's time(usually there is) I go for another 3. Then depending on where his health is at you make a judgement call for next sword. If you can take him down next sword go for it with 4 and 4 again. If not hit him right before the "C" in Crota and head for ogre room. The biggest tip I can give is that the most important hit is the first hit. If you can hit him as he's going down you should easily get 4 every time. Hope it helps some people out

On first sword. 4,4,3. Second sword, 4,3 and you've officially 2 sworded hard mode

Work on it step by step, don't worry about getting 5 hits each down for a 3 down run start like this: 1. make sure you can jump up on the rock well and also jump to the platform (same if you are doing the mid strat) 2. when you down him make sure you get the 3, maybe 4 of you on top of it but make sure you get inviso quickly and safely 3. swipe away from him after 2nd down (or 3rd, whateves) 4. I personally run to ogre room pop my super and run up to crystal room inviso to stay safe, others stay in ogre room whole time, some run straight back up, its up to you.) 5. after next run repeat steps 1-3 6. whole team is in ogre room, handle business in there 7. when its time to leave, I always pop my super again and run out ACROSS the entire outdoor area while inviso as to avoid the thralls and boomers (as I am usually kinda hurt after swordbearing) 8. once its time for the final sword run just make sure you have an udea of how many hits it will take to enrage him (2,3, whatever) and keep an eye on that ENRAGE text to pop up, then drop sword and go inviso for the final blow(s) 9. kill crota, enjoy sweet loot 10. If sword is disappearing before final smack, then work on killing the swordbearer as close to crota as possible, and also make sure you are on top of the sword bearer when he dies. ( I usually just blast him with 2 rockets as I approach and by the time I am next to him, the crew has done the rest)

Red Death is your friend.

for normal, be 32, go for 3 r2 hits per down, be done in two swords, two downs per sword. keep it safe until you are confident.

3 and 3 bro. Nothing fancy your first few sword runs. Keep it safe.

Just play it safe and go for 3 hits each rotation, so 6 hits total. It's safe and as long as no one else dies you'll complete crota easily.
