I met my wife on Xbox live. Advice?- marry a gamer.
First off, my wife and I met on Xbox live playing black ops. Been blissfully married for 3yrs now- it's amazing. My wife has true gamer blood running through her! We literally have Destiny dates (when we play just her and I) because she would rather "stay in" and play video games! When I have a day off, she turns to me in bed and wakes me with this proposition- "I'll get the coffee if you'll get us set up (xboxs turned on)?"
This is bliss for me. Does anyone else out there have something like this? Or the opposite?

I am a gamer girl, and over the weekend I ran into a guy on a different game. We decided to party up. This is without either of us knowing gender and age. So I get on the mic we are chatting. We have all the same games, same common interests, even down to the career field. He's a nurse, I'm currently a nursing student. Then the deal breaker happens. We live in the same state. Only a few hours away from eachother. We are meeting next week. And I am so excited and nervous. I almost feel like I may have met my other half. It is so insane. My heart is racing even thinking about it.

I'm thinking of offering her father a fine piece of land and my most trustworthy steed for his daughters hand in marriage. We will then move out the californi-way for hopes at a brighter future. Billy got the black lung the other day and we don't want no parts of that life.

Yes! My wife and I played the crap out of mw3 together. As you can tell that was several years ago - but we still look back at those times fondly! We have a toddler now which is incredible too, but she hasn't played in about 2 years. Probably won't again - but she still engages as much as she can with me about destiny. Life is good.

1 ReplyClose, only I play on PS4 by myself and my wife hates me playing video games. She is as far from a gamer as a female can be. Neither of us drink coffee. Other than that, you and I are in the same situation.

1 ReplyMy missus plays games with me but I wouldn't want her to play as much as me. She has a heavy interest of movies though. I don't think it's a good thing for 2 people to be hooked into games like that. Especially when kids come into the picture because they need a lot of attention. You'd never get away with a gaming lifestyle like that if you were working and had kids and other commitments. I say enjoy it while it lasts, it won't last forever

6 RepliesAs of now all I get is... "I can not believe I'm texting you right now and you're not paying attention to me! " And I'm like... "I'm paying attention to 6 people, 5 in a chat and you on the phone, I'm holding a sniper (controller - killing oracle in the back left ) in one hand and my phone in the other, im multi tasking!" I don't hear anything from her until next day.. I wanna meet my future wife in PS4 :/
