On last gen my main character was a warlock, But i have been considering getting the game for next gen and i really like how the titans carry themselves now that i pay more attention.

I love and respect most titan players because most of them have saved my sorry ass whenever I get in trouble haha onetime I was in trouble with an arc shielded fallen captain and a titan shoulder charged it dead. I was so thankful! ^-^

2 RepliesTitans are for players that like putting themselves into harms way, especially the Striker. If you're up for an "up close and personal" encounter with PVE and PVP enemies, then go for it. There's also the Defender, which aids teammates and is definitely more for defense, but have some major skills to also put themselves into harms way. If you played a Warlock first, you'll learn the Titan fairly quickly.

I have 3 32s. My Titan is hands down my favorite.
-
Nobody notices how Freaking Amazing a Ruin Wings and Thunderlord toting Defender titan can be. Whats that you say? You wanted orbs? Well hope you don't have a gag reflex since i'll be shoving so many of the buggers down your throat!
-
1 ReplyIt's because Titans are always useful. Warlocks and hunters are better in certain situations but a Titan can always add to a group.
-
1 ReplyYou can carry your character over to next gen you know? I did it. Also yes titans are awesome
-
3 RepliesI love my Titan, but after making a Warlock, I find my Titan to be really boring. The Warlock and Hunter are much more versatile and that makes them more fun to play with I believe. And as much as I love the defender class, I absolutely HATE that the Titan only has one offensive class while the other classes have two.
-
I love Titans so much. It's why I haven't done another character I freaking addicted
-
1 ReplyIn crucible they get overlooked for some good reasons but in PvE they are the unsung heroes and the only one of the 3 not constantly competing for master race status. Base game - Nobody cared who played as what, in the beginning Vault of Glass - Hunters deemed worthless and the sunsinger subclass gains popularity Crota - After hard mode is released blade dancer becomes most demanded because of invisibility Prison of Elders - Looks to be defender titans (especially if they have saint-14) will be the new praised class. Which hopefully doesn't bring us into the master race debate because most titans like myself don't really care for it. We know you all love to have us around anyway... At least for PvE

I main a Titan and absolutely love it. Tough builded character and a team player with defender. I like the Hunter class too, very fun to play with. But Titan will always be my number one
-
1 ReplyIf you have a reckless and relentless play style like me, then titans are the best. Hands down.
-
1 ReplyTitan is my main. Love everything about him... made a hunter a few weeks ago, and it was the hardest transition for me in the game.
-
1 ReplyThat's because titans are fun! My main and favorite by far is my titan and honestly I find him the best in pve and pvp. Considering I play the class so much I don't really see all the negative comments people say about titans in pvp considering I do ok for a casual.
-
1 ReplyI play all 3 characters. But my very first character creation was a titan because i assumed titans would have the most life. All in all titans are just easy to control
-
1 ReplyPeople tend to pay less attention to Titan because we tend to stay out of the whole #MasterRace bullshit. Bubblebros are always team players and Strikers shine in Clutch moments, so me a Hunter or a Warlock and I'll show you a Player who had his bacon saved by a Titan. That and we can punch bosses to death quite easily
-
1 ReplyTitans all the way! And I too have been saying that titans are overlooked I love playing as a titan and can't wait to see what the 3rd subclass allows them to do!
-
1 ReplyI love my Titan. I just got my Hunter to 32 and will focus the rest of my time on getting my Titan up to snuff for HoW. Plus, Xur was kind enough to give me both components I lacked to build my dream Titan (Ruin Wings & Thunderlord). I have always wanted to play my Titan like a heavy weapons platform. Basically, run up to a spot, pop my bubble with Weapons of Light and go to town with heavy weapons. I never got the gear together prior to taking a long break in November. Now, I'm relatively certain that I'll have almost no need for primary weapons. Can't wait.

1 ReplyJust wanted to let you know, if you have say a 360 and buy an Xbox 1 your old character will be there. It's on the server. But by all means, make another char, try the Titan ^_^
-
1 ReplyEdited by LordofChaos: 5/8/2015 6:20:14 PMUnless your an up close sort of person the titan is not really a great toon. it is better suided for the close quarters aka SG, FR players. the striker class is a brawler but still about close range. the defender is a tank and more about defense than offense. Where as the warlock and hunter are both about longer ranges.
-
1 ReplyI'd rather they remain overlooked. Means Bungie is less likely to try and 'fix' the class.
-
7 RepliesWe may have few numbers in the Titan ranks. But know that we laugh at the pathetic class wars the capes and you bathrobes have.
-
1 ReplyThe Titan is my first and favorite class. I enjoy playing my other characters, but I play as a Titan the most.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Poeghostz: 5/7/2015 3:06:47 PMHow are they overlooked? They're probably the most useful class in the game for pve and the second most used for pvp.
-
1 ReplyWell we can superman DFA across the jumping blocks in VoG which is really fun. Everyone always makes me go last so they can watch.
