dam i wish they had a seperate multyplayer, like ODST vs Elites or something like that maby, almost like call of duty were it is faction based. i think it would be fun to create classes with a silenced smg with a red dot on it, or a battle rifle with ACOG and maby a suppresor, like call of duty except with more than one attachment per weapon. i know this is unrealistic for a halo game but no one said i couldn't day dream. Is it possible that with this expansion new weapons could be included? I just see the silenced smg in the video so maybe we can hope for new weapons.

Is Halo 3: Recon a teaser for what is to come from bungie, i.e. can we consider Halo 3: Recon as a brand new game which may recieve expansion packs itself??

This isnt about recon. It took me about a year to get all of the original acheivements. I am not the greatest player and I am not happy aboout losing my Katana armor due to these new acheivements. Unless of course we will be able to finally use it after aquiring these new acheivements. Then I will be happy. Is it going to happen will we finally be able t use our katana?

I am so happy a different chapter has opened up for us HALO FANS! HALO1-3: "The Master Chief Chronicles" (as i lovingly call them) has captured my deepest appreciation from day 1. This just goes to show you that the HALO storyline can grow exponentially and still retain its redeeming value. KUDOS BUNGIE....i thought I was stuck playing Team Swat on Blackout for the next 4 years!

So do the dev's know how much HD space this game is going to take up? Will the 120MB HD be a nessesity or will we beable to fit it on the original HD's?

Learn how to read. It's called Recon because you will be on a reconassaince mission. Once again, the full game will not be on the marketplace simply because it would take 50 hours to download and it would take up more memory than your hard drive can handle. The Mythic Map Pack will be on the marketplace beginning in 2009. Don't whine about it unless you fully understand what is going on. [Edited on 10.14.2008 7:14 PM PDT]

Why won't you guys make a story line for every armor set? Like Halo 3: Hayabusa and Halo 3: Security or something. Just making some suggestions for me and my friends are discussing and people would love every game given that they were any good but you haven't disapointed me yet so message back if you ever read it.

Q. in the vid it shows brutes instead of elites, but if it takes place after the ship jumps inside new mombassa how come we are fighting brutes if technicly we are still batteling elites at that time and the brutes in H2 dont start fighting us till the end?

I'm honestly not all that excited about this. I think it will be fun to play, sure. However, the fact that we won't be able to play as ODST's in multiplayer sort of takes the fun out of it. I know that one could simply just play Team SWAT, but I was really hoping that Bungie would incorporate fall damage and health back into the multiplayer as I presume they will with compaign for Halo 3: Recon. A new campaign can be fun for a while, but adding to the multiplayer experience is what keeps the interest. New maps will be cool, I'm assuming. However, the [i]old[/i] new maps that have been released have not been enough to make me want to break out of Halo rehab. I will end up picking up Halo 3: Recon, because I am a die-hard Halo fan. I'm just saying I'm not very excited about it. I would be more excited about a *cough* Halo movie *cough*

W8 a sec will we be w8n for the mithic map pack for a year too or will they relese an early relese on the marketplace and add mithic to the disk as well for ppl who would w8 Q1 if this is so y relese mythic achevments early? if we can't get em Q2 how will the finding of skulls work on the new maps will we have to glich out of the map or are there hidden paths to the skulls and if you could find it in machmakeing wont this affect gameplay? Q3 dose this final relese mean that youguys will no longer be monetoring the halo comunity and supporting us to go on to other games?
