Radiant Dance Machines just because people joke on it so much, but its perks are arguably more useful than other exotic armor pieces. Not sure if stackable but there are weapons that also have the same agility perk while aiming- SGA happening to be one and also benefitting from extra heavy ammo perk from the boots.
